Postage and Delivery

Postage Options:

We are currently only accepting UK orders only. We use Royal Mail as our post carrier and the UK delivery options (when orders are placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) are:

  • Option One - Standard Delivery: £2.95

Delivery for most standard orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days. This excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. Proof of postage will be obtained for our record and can be requested by contacting us with your order number.

  • Option Two - Recorded Delivery (Signed For) - £4.00

Delivery for most Recorded Delivery orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days. If you opt for Recorded Delivery (Signed For), you will receive a tracking code. Due to COVID-19, in order to protect both Royal Mail staff and customers as much as possible, a signature is no captured upon delivery of your parcel. Instead, the courier will log the name of the person accepting the item. This will apply to all Recorded Delivery parcels that require a signature. 

  • Option Three - Free Standard Delivery on orders over £25

For a limited time, we will offer free standard delivery offer for orders £25 or over. This will be automatically applied to all over £25 or over upon checkout. This will be sent standard delivery but should you require the parcel to be dispatched as Recorded Delivery, please opt for the Recorded Delivery option when you're checking out.

  • Next day delivery - service paused

Due to factors outside of our control, we are unable to offer Next Day delivery during this time until further notice. However, if your order is urgent, please contact us after you have placed an order and confirm full name and order number. We will absolutely endeavour to send your order out as soon as possible!

Please note:

    Delivery charges are per order. A single order can be delivered to one address only. If you require to send orders to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address and incur the delivery cost per order.

    Remember to review your order before submitting to check that you've chosen the correct delivery service. We are unable to amend your order's delivery option after this has been submitted.

    Where do you ship to?

    At the moment, we are accepting UK orders and will post to the UK only. We will update our website when this eventually changes to accept International orders. Follow us on social media (@pastelwaxco) or return to this page at a later date to find out when this will change.

    How long will my order take to ship?

    For all products marked as in stock, we will aim to dispatch within 5-7 working days (if not sooner). On the rare occasion during peak gifting season such as Christmas, dispatch times may increase. In these circumstances, we will give plenty of notice. Customers will be notified through the homepage of our website, blog, and on our social media channels.

    What happens if I need to receive my order quicker?

    We'll always aim to post your order out within the 5-7 working day timeframe. We are unable to offer Next Day delivery at the moment, but if you need to receive your order sooner, we're happy to help! Simply drop us an email to confirm full name and order number & we will certainly try to send your order out as we can. Please note Royal Mail may be experiencing delays and backlogs due to factors relating to the pandemic. In the unlikely event of a delay, this is outside of our control.

    How will I know my order has shipped?

    You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped. Keep an eye on your junk folder, just in case it lands in there by mistake.
